I know you're talking about what to call the community of players of the game, but I'm gonna throw out my lore position that I sincerely doubt there is an "Earthlings" or "Azerothians" or w/e equivalent on Terminus. There are many races, most notably Gnomes but probably also Skar, Ogres and perhaps the Dark Myr who would almost certainly not consider themselves denizens of the world we will play in. Additionally, Terminus itself is actively hostile to the more mystical parts of the cultures of these refugee nations, which I imagine would not engender much unity or affinity for the world itself.
I suppose humans might, as well as the more ancient Dwarves and Archai. Elf culture is very much wrapped around the survival of their version Yggdrasil and defending it from outsiders, but they have participated in diplolmatic efforts so they're probably on the fence. Halflings are too young a race to tell yet.
Anyway, not to be the one lore nerd, I just thought it was an interesting question whether such a term would exist actually in game.
From a meta perspective, my vote is obviously for Terminators.
