  I start with the game name generator, try to stay true to the elven naming "rules";  and go from there - my forum name is one such name, from one day on EverQuest, as I searched for inspiration, and I have just gone from there getting creative (and borrowing ideas lol)

  I will just reuse my now rather extensive list ...

  I've been using the same name for years and years.  Always some kind of variation of this.  If I have to think of a new name I sit there for hours staring at an empty name box :)
