Hmmmm, Loved the chatter on this one: Charisma as a tool for taunting.
When dealing with a dragon great charisma might be needed to intice it, although horrid charisma might also entice such a creature as its ego is bruised that such an ugly character would even dare to speak with it.
When dealing with trolls... It probably doesn't matter too much what your charisma is.
When taunting humans, or other humanoid races: Charisma could infact become a major player.
The whole mess is worth some thought. Interesting to say the least.
