Pledge Update not recorded

    Hello,

    I recently increased my pledge on this user account. I have received an email from Paypal confirming payment on 3/17. However my Subscription/Settings tab still shows my previous lower pledge total. Can anyone at VR please help when you have a moment? Does it just take longer to process on the VR end? I just want to make sure there was no issue with the update.

    Im probably going to upgrade my pledge too....Not sure If I can take waiting for beta if its going to be next year...

    I upgraded my pledge and everything went as anticipated, just like Bazgrim's info said.

    I upgraded from Champion to Sunhunter and it didn't take first time, but a quick support ticket later with my payment ID provided, they did it manually for me.

    Yeah looks like I might have to do this manually as well.  Just upgraded and it's not being reflected.

    The good news is that support will help you very quickly. They are extremely fast and professional. It was an example of exactly how support should be.

    Working in support for a a software company the last 5 years has given me a great appriciation for top tier support. Thanks again VR.

    I added some money during the pledge drive, will this be reflected on my subcription page here eventually? Should I open a ticket if it isn't shown yet, or wait a bit?
