Great Customer Service

    I would like to thank everyone at Customer service for putting up with my mistaken pledge upgrade. They where so supportive of me, i was able to gift it to another friend and bring him to the game.

    So somethings work out very nicely. If he wishes to upgrade his pledge that works out nicely too.

     

    Speedy service for the time frame it took.

    Crazzier, we're receiving a huge number of support requests due to PA1 being imminent, so I am thrilled to hear that we're managing to keep people happy.

    It was Crazzie who posted the compliment.

    Crazzier is Crazzie's son.

    Crazziest is Crazzie's wife.

    I hope they're all going to play Pantheon.  :-)

    Nice to see the wheels of the VR CS machine are well greased and ready for the onslaught.

    I expected the worst, but ended up happier then..... you know what. My friend was so happy/gifted he was able to join in. Even 47 yr olds can have a childs life too you know.
