Unable to submit support ticket.

    Hi,

     

    I submitted a ticket and received an email response telling me a support ticket had been opened. Followed by another email telling me I coudn't submit another ticket until I deleted one.

    When I went to look it told me my password was incorrect and that I had reached my login attempt limit. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I can see your ticket mate, one of the team will get to it as soon as they can, it is a little crazy right now after the stream so we apologise for the delay.

    Thank you Sir! Was a bit confused on the 2 seperate emails seeming to contradict. As for being crazy since the stream, I can only imagine! That led me to upgrade my pledge.

    You're very welcome my friend. I jumped in to help them out and was able to fix your ticket up for you, so it should be all good now :)
