Welcome aboard Convo!  Lead Tester is a crucial, crazy, ofttimes chaotic role.  Glad it is in good hands.  Can't wait to go bug hunting with you.

Hey Tim, enjoy the lull before the storm of testers hit when they unleash the kraken...errr Pre Alpha/Alpha.

Glad to see a dedicated test lead announced and look forward to what you want us to break next.

Welcome aboard Tim, give them loads of feedback, because i know many of us will :)

I especially liked this podcast, not as a flashy graphics add, but internally as things grow within the company. You get to really see your roots from the beginining and always remember the struggles but more or less all the accomplishments years later.

Ever keep a scrap book? because i know when i started into my own business i kept everything.

    Welcome Tim!

Doubt you will ever need it, but just in case you ever find the need for some statistical or mathematical test methodologies to fall back on like combinatorial / pairwise testing let me know.  Currently working with the brightest in the industry over at IBM and Hexawise.  They have some great tools available to measure coverage and quality in a world of endless possibilities.  I bet it would translate well into designing tests for an application like Pantheon.

I'm interested enough to want to know more about it.  shoot me a PM. I don't think we can ever stop learning when it comes to testing games.  I'd be a fool to assume I know everything. I don't. The real of it all is we need the community.  We need everyones best when we hit those early stages of beta.  I know you guys will make me proud and we will do our part as well. :-)
