    Yeah, it was great info. Glad to know there will be plenty of self service options. When I get stuck I'd much rather /stuck than have to /petition and wait.

    self service ? like /rewind becareful, that stuff can be easily abused

    As pointed out in the stream, they log everything and will be monitoring usage. I've only had to use that type of feature a few times ever. If someone is using it multiple times a day I think it's safe to say it would trigger an alert.

    I liked hearing the guys talk about it and hear their personalities come through. It helps what I can expect and it sounds good.
